Refund policy
Returns
At Happy Hands, we take great care in preparing every Adventure Pack.
Because our Adventure Packs are printed products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered, unless the item arrives:
- Damaged during delivery
- Defective due to a printing or manufacturing error
- Incorrect (you receive the wrong product)
If your order arrives with any of the above issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at happyhandsuae@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the damage or defect
Once we review your request, we will, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Adventure Packs that have been used or colored
- Products damaged after delivery
- Products altered or modified by the customer
- Change-of-mind purchases
- Orders where the customer selected an incorrect product
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return or refund is due to an error on our part or the item arrived damaged or defective.
